The University of Oklahoma has received a five-year U. S. Department of Education grant to prepare Master Level Transition Education Specialists.  A flyer that explains the OU Masters in Transition Program is hyperlinked to this post. It lists the options, courses, and provides general information. Students who take at least two classes per semester and one or two during the summer will obtain their Masters Degree in two years.

      4 Scholarships for     $5,000 each
     22 Scholarships for     $3,000 each

To apply:  Read the rules of eligibility, the timeline, the Submission Checklist, and the Scholarship FAQ, then fill in the online Scholarship Application Form. Disabilities and Sports

On January 25, 2013 the U.S. Department of Education put out a document to clarify Schools' responsibility to make sure students with disabilities have access to extracurricular sports.  I have attached the document for anyone who is interested in this subject.
